In 1957, Guy Mothe began vinifying the vineyards in Chablis, and today, his three sons, Jean Louis, Thierry, and Vincent, manage the 55 hectares of vines. Exclusively planted with Chardonnay, the vineyards produce fresh, fragrant, and lively wines, representing all four of Chablis Appellations, crafted with a blend of traditional Burgundian
