The 2022 vintage was long and steady with reasonably fine warm weather with some heat spikes. Natural acid retention was prevalent in this vintage with all white fruit exhibiting crunchy and vibrant natural acid which translated into the wines. The Originals Semillon was handpicked and whole bunch pressed before being divided evenly into two portions. One fermented with wild
