This gin combines the essential oils of the Clementine fruit, with botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, cardamom and rosemary. The ingredients are macerated, then distilled. The result is a zesty, spicy gin, which serves up notes of juniper, black pepper, bittersweet citrus rind and earthy spice. Makes a superb gin
