Fractura Valle de San Vicente Syrah Tinto 2023 BFCM21ALL Sourced from cooler parcels aroundFractura Tinto is a Mexican red wine, with a deep violet color, lively, balanced and with good acidity, with aromatic notes of flowers such as magnolias, sweet licorice, pepper and cloves. From a vineyard close to the Pacific, with clay soil. Cluster selection and harvest by hand, co fermentation of both varieties: 50% whole cluster, 50% destemmed, fermentation in stainless steel for 3 weeks, drained and pressed in old 225 liter barrels, 6 months of
